At Winners, we believe every child deserves the tools to stand strong—even when others aren't kind. Founded by Faigy Nagel, LSW, and grounded in evidence-based research and deep community values, Winners teaches emotional resilience as the foundation for navigating social conflict and bullying.
Through engaging lectures, hands-on workshops, student curricula, and video-based learning, we help families and schools shift from “stop the bullying” to build the child. Our message is simple yet transformative: You can’t always control the world around your child, but you can empower them to thrive in it.
